- To act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- To manage calendars and set up meetings
- To manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- To rack daily MIS reports and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- To format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- To act as an office manager by keeping the filing and reports updated at all times
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
