Job Description
- Monitoring and responding to CEO emails and preparing his correspondence.
- Liasoning with staff,clients and planning his meetings
- Organizing travel literary and Managing his work in his absence.
- Typing and maintaining papers/filing and preparing presentation/MOM etc.
- Should be competent enough to delegate work on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintaining Confidentiality is the fundamental requirement.
- Typing speed 40 words per min
- Experience in visa application/Ticketing will be added advantage.
- South Delhi Female employees will prefer.
