Job Description:
- Responding to Customer queries via calls & mails
- Co-ordinating wit Logistics & Warehouse Teams to understand the status of Delivery
- Keeping customers updated about the schedule of delivery of the material
- Preparing Invoices and update Customer details on ERP System
- Mailing Price-sheet to Customers on weekly basis
- Preparing Various MIS Reports
- Skills Required:Good Communication, Excel Knowledge, Team player, Positive Attitude, Hard working and energetic
