Sub: Filling up of one post (UR) of Executive Director (Civil), in IDA grade E-9 Rs.1,50,000-3,00,000 on Immediate absorption basis. Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd. (MRVC) is a vital project implementation organization working in the sensitive Mumbai Suburban area with a very lean organizational structure.

3. It is proposed to fill up one post of Executive Director (Civil) in IDA Grade E-9/ Rs.1,50,000- 3,00,000, on immediate absorption basis, in the corporate office of MRVC Ltd. at Mumbai.
4. Eligibility Criteria:
(A) For serving Railway Officials including those working on deputation in MRVC or in any other PSUs:
(i) The candidate should be an IRSE officer.
(ii) Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the Substantive Grade PB-4 scale Rs.37,400- 67,000 with GP Rs.10,000/Level-14 for minimum 5 years' service in the grade and should have completed 25 years of Group-A service as on closing date of Vacancy Notice.
(B) For Officials working in any other Railway PSUs:
(i) Candidates working in the relevant discipline in IDA E-9 in the scale of Rs.62,000- 80,000/Rs.1,50,000-3,00,000 (Revised) of IDA (For officers of CPSEs) OR
(ii) E-8 in the scale of Rs.51,300-73,000/Rs.1,20,000-2,80,000 (Revised) of IDA with at least 5 years of service in the grade of E-8 (For officers of CPSEs) as on closing date of Vacancy Notice.
5. Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
6. Preferable Qualification : ME/M.Tech (Structural Engineering)
7. Experience: 25 years post qualification in the field of Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience of Railway Construction works/Projects.
8. The incumbent should have experience in Railway PSUs for at least 5 years
9. Preferable Experience :
(a) 10 years' experience of handling suburban projects/works.
(b) Dealing with Projects/Works funded by multinational banks/financial institutions like World Bank, ADB, JAICA etc.
10. a. The applicant should be technically suitable and physically fit.
b.The selected candidate will be offered position in MRVC on permanent absorption basis with respect to his / her eligibility vis-a-vis his/her last position in Railways and length of service as per the MRVC Rules.
c. An undertaking will have to be executed by the candidates that in the event of his/her selection as Executive Director (Civil) in MRVC, he/she will tender his/her resignation in his/her parent organization.
11. The Corporation offers attractive pay and other allowances/fringe benefits attached to the post/grade as per IDA pattern scale of pay
