A. (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or
(ii) With 5 years regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 8000-13500/-(pre-revised) or equivalent; OR
(iii) With 8 years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/-(pre- revised) or equivalent; And
B. (i) Possessing the educational qualification Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent; and
(ii) 5 years service in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering works.
