- Designation:Engineer ( Trainee during 3 months’ probation)
- Reporting Manager:Asstt. Manager
- CTC Range:10K (8K during probation) +Out-Location Allow.+ Incentive
- Function:Customer Support Grade:
- P1 Location:Hub Location
- To ensure/ visit & support customers in designated area for marketing & service requirement of the range of medical equipment in the field. Responsibilities
- To ensure/ visit & bring the customers in AMX fold to support their medical equipment
- To ensure/ deliver service as per customer SLA during Warranty/ AMC/ OoW
- Timely & Accurate reporting to reporting manager/ designated officer
- Ensure/ Installation, Commissioning and After sales support for AMX range of products
- Ensure/ keep up self-training & Development
- Relationship management with Customers
- Customer Satisfaction
- Compliance of all processes & reporting.
- Ensure/ Achieve– Productivity & Revenue Target
- Educational Qualifications:Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical Engg.
- Work Experience:Fresher
- Function Specific Requirements:Medical Equipment Support Operation
- Others Requirements:Team Player, Analytical, Empathetic & Soft spoken
