- Responsible for performing HR generalist duties and provide administrative support for the following functional areas:
- Recruitment
- Employee Relations
- Employee Leave
- Salary administration
- Training and Development
- Online research
- HR Audit, etc.
- The incumbent should have experience in:
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing administrative support to executives
- Compiling and updating employee records
- Processing documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Properly handling complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinating communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assisting our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
- Help data production teams with relevant research and QC
- Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews and technical tests of candidates. Assist in conducting pre-selection interviews for eligibility for a smooth final selection
- In charge of monitoring and maintaining the training calendar and in carrying out the administrative arrangements in connection with training activities
- Assists with the administration of various HR activities and processes such performance appraisal and employee development programs, Employee Induction, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining and accurately updating the Employee Leave Database and ensuring that Leave Applications are approved
- Responsible for conducting monthly / quarterly / yearly audits within the HR Department to ensure that all documents and databases are updated in a timely manner and report any non-compliance observed so corrective actions can be done.
- In charge of regular checking of the Job Database and filing resumes in respective folders. Inform if there are any relevant resumes that can be considered for current vacancies.
- Handle front office duties in the absence of the receptionist.
- Manage online research and data QC
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree, MBA or an equivalent university degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Should be a good communicator where both written and verbal communication skills are key;
- Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling confidential documents and information.
- Should have good reporting skills.
- Should have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be tactful.
- Discretion, good judgment, organizational and management ability, and the ability to work independently.
