Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Calls, follow up and convert new and existing inquiries by proactively calling and answering to patients Counselling patients on services available and selling best suited products.
- Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant speciality information.
- Documents transactions and submit reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and individual learning from DocsApp team.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
