Job Description
- We are looking for high-energy, self-motivated and goal oriented Sales Executive/Inside Sales to drive incremental revenue through new client prospecting and targeted demand generation activities.

- Generate new leads through inbound Char and outbound calling efforts on prospects identified as potentially needing our product offering. (Includes contacting the active in-house prospect list).
- Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and online product demonstrations.
- Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up using CRM
- Collect in-depth prospect information for subsequent consultative sales stages.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific product offers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
- Maintain daily sales and productivity records. Present weekly performance against sales targets in Company meetings.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs.
- Liaise effectively with all departments within Softcall to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ability to build and foster client relationships via the telephone

- Must have excellent Spoken & written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytic and MS Office skills a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication).
- At least 1 years working within a sales environment preferably in a Inbound Chat and Telemarketing role within the telecoms (or related) industry.
- Excellent customer (outgoing) calling success to the highest level
- High degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues
- Experience in online marketing sales, new business development sales.
