Job Description
- To maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
- Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections
- Selling and upselling the services to international prospects
- Meeting monthly sales/ leads targets
- Handle inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales
- Comfortable with CRM, Email marketing, Analytical tools.
- Research on different tools to increase the sales or business opportunities.
- Managing enquiries, generating new leads
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM and provide update on a weekly basis.
- Respond to incoming inquiries from email and web.
