Job Description
Designation: Executive - Inside sales
Identify and actively reach out to new customers/markets to promote our services
To develop, lead, and manage key account negotiations, as well as ensure the company meets revenue quotas on a global scale.
Prepare visit reports/market studies and perform other tasks as required by Management.
Focus on customer relationship development, establishment, and improvement
Coordinate with operations as well as other internal departments to ensure the best operational service to customers.
Process customer and client, tenders, quotations, inquiries, and orders.
Ensure all tenders, and quotations are submitted within the customer’s deadline and orders are prepared in accordance with customer specifications.
Complete RFQ via cloud-based ERP, best pricing, and ensure completion of quotes as per customer request.
Raise all customer feedback to Team Leader and ensure it is logged in the (CIL) Continuous
Improvement Log.
Prepare quotes and submit them to the Team Leader for approval.
Always engage in a friendly and professional manner with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure any change in customer requirements is updated in a timely manner before submission of a quote for approval.
Follow up with customers on quotations.
Identify order-building opportunities through telephone sales expertise.
Coordinate with the Procurement team for parts purchase whenever possible.
Issue orders to Procurement or Operations team based on customer’s requirement and Purchase order
Any other related jobs and assignments as and when assigned to you.
Pay Scale: Rs. 13000-15000
