Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties: _
- The candidate is required to attend to the customers through emails, calls, Social Media and provide them with the required information.
- The candidate is required to - (a) fulfill the store's requirements/Requests (b) also coordinate with inventory team to dispatch new stocks to the stores on a timely basis. (c) Coordinate with the shoot & design department to accumulate monthly collection for e-commerce department.
- The candidate should be able to understand the customer's complaints/Requirements and work upon resolving them.
- The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
