- Perform competency mapping for all the Job roles in Indian Life Sciences Sector
- Write competency statements as per the inputs from Industrial Subject Matter Experts
- Assist in developing Indian National Occupational Standards for Life Sciences Sector
- Assist in the launch of the new/ revised Indian Vocational Qualifications by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship
- Assist in developing the Technical Training guidelines and development of Training Modules for the Life Sciences Sector
