Job Description
- Executive – Inside Sales (Lead Generation)
- Experience – Fresher-1 Year
- Education - BE/Btech (Any Engineering)
- Location- Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
- Salary – As per industry norms, not a constraint for the right candidate, incentives extra
- Identify relevant prospects by self sourcing from online sources like LinkedIn or other Social media
- Create and maintain the database of target customers
- Lead targeted email campaigns and reach key decision makers in target companies
- Should have experience in Email Campaign & Database Collection
- Meet assigned daily / weekly / monthly lead generation and sales revenue targets or both individually and as part of a team
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
- Excellent communication skills both Written & Verbal, MS office
- Should be willing to give a 2 year commitment of service.
- Fixed component Salary offered significantly higher than market rate
- Very cordial working atmosphere
- Merit is recognized and rewarded at all levels, no bureaucracy or fixed hierarchy
- Any excess hours put in monthly are compensated with additional salary payout
- Incentives payable for significant milestones and excellent performance in projects
