EXECUTIVE LEARNING DEVELOPMENT
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating the training needs and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance.
- Handling induction process across the globe.
- Develop, coordinate all induction/ training programs and bring about improvement in induction process
- Ensure change of behavior as required depending on business / client / quality / information security needs through focus group discussions and training programs
- Participate and develop training programs based training needs; through internal and external programs
- Deploy training, manage the training effectiveness based on feedbacks
- Deploy training programs based on client and business needs
- Should have exposure in conducting PM Trainings.
Will be working on HR Analytics which focusses on providing analytics solutions to help make data-driven decisions
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Project management skills
- Exp - 3- 5 yrs.
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Excellent excel & presentation skills
- Should have managed training independently
- Should have analytics bent of mind.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Graduate / post graduate
