Job Description
- He shall be responsible for the drafting of legal cases, reply, agreements.
- Litigation: Attending court cases, follow up with advocates.
- Generation of customer agreement/sub-lease deed/sale deed / Builder buyer Agreement.
- Maintain the records of customer agreement / transfer / endorsement / swapping case.
- Should have good Knowledge about New land Contract Bills, Amendments / updates in Real Estate Industry.
- Good communication skills and drafting.
- Preparation and maintenance of various MIS Reports, proficient in Excel and good typing speed in MS word.
- Prior work Experience in Real Estate Industry.
