- Understanding the materials for the production
- As per production plan source the materials and to avoid production loss due to material shortage
- Checking the quality of materials through physical check and reporting to Vendors through Division
- Prepartion of BOM with help of operation team
- Checking the materials avavilabilty with Vendors, If not communicating to Division for relacement for New vendors
- Checking the Stock of all materials in the unit.
- Ensure materials reach on proper time as per plan
- Ensuring all physical checks of materials are done at the time of arrival
- Ensure BOM is prepared after getting the approval from NPD
- Ensure materials avavilabilty with Vendors, If not communicating to Division for relacement for New vendors within3 days
- Ensure Checking the Stock of all materials in the unit on daily bais
- Phyiscal stock verification on monthly basis
- Ensuring Purchase as per the requirement on the basis of lead time and fund availability daily basis.
- Avoid Dead and non moving Stocks in the unit by analysing on monthly basis.
