Designation – Executive officer to CMD

Eligibility Criteria:

 Work experience of 1-5 years

 Graduate in any field/Masters will be preferred

Brief Job Description:

The candidate would be responsible for the following activities:

Manage and maintain CMD's diary and email account.

Prepare correspondence on behalf of CMD, including drafting of general replies.

Ensure CMD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagement he is involved in.

Follow up with departments/ team for target achievement.

Deal with confidential information in a discreet and appropriate manner, maintain the security of executive files and records. Provide decision making support on crucial matters, support him on a day to day business operations.

All other work as and when assigned.

 Email correspondence experience India and abroad

 Complete filing & paperwork expertise

 Ability to search interview and hire junior

 Maintain database travel and hotel management

 Data sourcing surfing internet

 Reporting to CMD & acting as an interface for personnel & company for completion of CMD desk tasks.

 Management of email & telephonic communication, meetings, appointment

 Travel management of domestic/International/business trips of CMD & Directors/team

 Misc.tasksRequired Candidate profile-Candidate must have polished communication skills - Verbal & written-Good planning skills-Ability to handle tasks efficiently-Ability to be proactive and take initiative.-Ability to prioritize, take direction & work independently on projects.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS OFFICE, Outlook, and Access).
Salary: Upto 4lakhs per annum
