Job Description
- Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.
- Supervise operational team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.
- Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and services excellence standards.
- Taking and generate operational reports for management as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(especially Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal, multicultural, and communication skills.
- Able to work on tasks independently once guidance is provided and meet firm deadlines.
- Able to write emails effectively.
- Initiative and proactive approach to new challenges and assignments.
- Excellent team player.
