Job Designation – Executive operations (CSA)

Job roles & responsibilities:

Handling Inbound Customer calls (Domestic process)
Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
Should have problem solving attitude.
CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints

Pre- Requisites:

Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.
Must possess V. Good Telugu communication skills, and good English & Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI).
Should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment(Female between 6 AM to 8:30 PM)
No transport
No Meals
Graduate/Under Graduate (any degree) can apply
Fresher/Experienced both can apply.
