Job Summary

• ODC Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is searching for a reliable and result-oriented Executive Personal Assistant. 
• The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. 
• The candidate should be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Brief Responsibilities and Duties

• Communications skills (In English), responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
• To continuously delegate works as assigned by the Director, to the executives, follow up with them, monitor daily tasks and report to management.

• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
• Accurately recording minutes from meetings with Executives.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
• Maintain all hard copy and digital records of office documents.
• To look after office administration, house keeping, AMC etc.
• Prepare for sales presentations and staff meetings.
• Willing to travel anytime.

Minimum Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of entire G-suite (google spread sheet), advanced Microsoft Office skills (specially MS Excel, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Graduate (Any Stream)
• Professional level verbal and written communications skills (English).
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

• Salary: ₹10,000.00/- to ₹15,000.00/- Gross/ Month
