Job Description
- Generate Leads and Co-ordinate between Sales Team & Clients for business development
- Fixing appointments for Sales team via Email, Calls, etc
- Be solely responsible for continuous follow-ups with clients until prospects are converted into buyers.
- Comfortable with handling data of Sales, Customer Service parameters, Basic analysis of data and handling data queries.
- Interact with clients to know their requirements, Follow up for Meetings, co-ordinate with Sales Team & Team Manager for executing Meeting and ensure client is followed up until closure.
- Thoroughly knowledgeable of products and related processes for ensuring top most experience at all milestones of customer life cycle journey from sourcing to conversion & Reference generation.
- Creating Daily & weekly reports and submission to the superiors.
