- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment
- Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within set TAT.
- Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explain the JD to candidates will be continuous activity.
- Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
- Assisting the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
- Managing MIS / Database.
