Job Summary

• Take care of sales dispatch related activities and co-ordination with clients directly. Total Sales Administration has to be taken care at L&T Sachin Site.
  

• To handle all type of Dispatch/ sales/customer care work of plant.
  
• To monitor Daily stock and planning for dispatch
  
• To attend calls of customers and also do follow up on call regarding dispatch and recovery.
  
• To collect payments in cash / cheque from dealers and customers.
  
• Co-ordination with drivers and keep track of drivers, vehicle and maintenance of vehicle for dispatch.
  
• To handle labour for loading and unloading and arrange manpower if any shortage in emergency for dispatch.
  
• To assist in dispatch and logistic planning, driver, vehicle tax, vehicle permit, vehicle maintenance etc.Responsible for all paperwork and filing relating to dispatch and logistics.
  
• To resolve day to day problems and complaint raised by customers.
  
• To monitor holding period of cylinder's and inform customer after the completion of period for re sending.
  
• All office administration work as and when required.
  
• To share common goal with management , taking targets and converting them into results , with proper planning.
  
• To protect and develop the company image.
  
• All other duties as required and assigned by management.
  

• should be graduate

• good in computer applications like Tally, MS Office
