 Job description

  •  Meeting top School / Training & Tuition Center heads such as Chairman, Director, Manager and Principal (depending upon the vertical hierarchy of an institution). 
  •  Presenting our products & services  and convincing them on services and revenue sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Build relationship with the Educational Institution clients
  • New client Acquisition.
  • Candidate will be reporting directly to the sales head or equivalent position.
  • Work with the marketing team closely regarding lead generation and marketing patterns.
  • Looking for smart individuals who can join our Sales Marketing  team
  • Build relation with the current and future clients
  • Candidate should be diligent and efficient.
  • Candidate is expected to be a self-starter and hungry for work
  • Candidate should analyze his/her work and make necessary improvements.
  • Coordination with the internal team.
  • Candidate should have a great personality
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills, written and spoken. English and Regional Language.
  • Candidate should be able to handle pressure and work in fast growing environment
  • Candidate should be a quick learner
  • Need to travel all over South India at short notice. 
  • Able to achieve targets under competitive situation.
  • Willing to learn & able to handle responsibilities.
  • To achieve consistent orders at regular intervals
  • Get closure on sales deals
  • Take self-initiative to work
  • Must bring revenue and meet monthly targets.
  • Client presentation skills must.
  • Self Motivated to bring new leads.
  • To have good knowledge of software marketing.
  • Demonstrating software training plans in targeted places.
  • should be bold and confident and be bold enough to handle any type of situations.
  • Must have exposure to Social media platforms & Digital media Campaigns
  • Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
Responsibilities of Field Marketing:
  •  Sell our service, develop and maintain current clients in a specific geographical territory.
  • Develop a specified territory by identifying and targeting prospects through cold-calling, prospecting, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Report your daily activities and sales results to your Sales Manager as required.
  • Submit call reports and sales orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize prime sales time as effectively as possible, make as many contacts and meet as many prospects as possible.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Software components
  • Demonstrating software training plans in targeted places.
  • Deep understanding of software organizations and roles
  • Having Data analytical knowledge is added advantage.
  • Maintain positive client relationships with the current client base, and upgrade clients.
  • Promote a positive and professional Sales attitude in the office.
  • UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
  • PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Marketing
  • Fresher's with strong interest - Sales & Marketing field also apply.
  • Job Opening : Immediate
  • Salary:Attractive  Salary depending on experience plus a very good incentive package.
