- Achieve the collection targets on a month on month basis
- Forecast the collection target each month based on terms and payment milestones and achieve predictability
- Manage and track the collection through follow-ups with customers via calls, mails etc.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to enable smooth collection
- Co-ordinate with internal teams like Sales, Delivery, Finance etc. to resolve any issues coming in the way of timely receipt of payment.
