Job Description

Handling the incoming IT requests calls

Logging the calls in SAP

Allocating the calls logged by clients to the technical support (engineers)

Follow up on the issues & updating the clients Vs engineers

Prioritizing the calls as per the needs of the process

Categorizing the issues

Resolving the call and ensure the call closure is also maintained within SLA

Escalating the hardware issues to vendor & follow up on the same

Escalating the critical issues to ML Operations team

Responding to IT service requests emails

Maintaining the Assets master & ensuring the asset is been verified

Incident / Change/ Vendor Management
