Profile of the Candidate:
· 0-2 years of relevant experience in content creation/ social media handling
· Proficiency with various social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc
· Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative and able to think out of the box
Location: MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Strategize, plan and conceptualize creative content campaigns for Pilgrim website or on other social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter
· Ideating, planning, creating and executing strong events and concepts for high engagement social media campaigns.
· Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
· Maintain posting schedules across all online platforms including Instagram, Facebook and other social media platform.
· Build creative campaigns for new brand/product launches, sales and special offers.
· Communicate customer concerns and needs to appropriate departments.
· Attend external and internal events and assist with social media coverage
Compensation: 2 to 3 lakhs INR as per experience and profile
Leave Policy: 2 days a month for every month worked post probation.
