Executive/Sr. Executive - Key Accounts

Job Profile:

To understand open positions from client and cascade them down to the Talent Acquisition team
To share interview line ups with the client by coordinating with internal TA team
To get timely feedback from client and share it with the internal team
To ensure selection details are shared with the on boarding team
To get the offers released before Date of Joining
To ensure that the onboarding/documentation is getting completed with the help of Onboarding team
To set up attendance and payroll process for client for timely release of salaries as per SLA
To share required compliance documents with client (ESIC status, PF and ESIC challans) as well audit requirements
To ensure that the queries of employees are getting resolved by concern department
To note down queries / concern raised by client and liaise with the respective teams to get them resolved / addressed
To educate client about new processes and policies
To share client feedback on process improvement with the internal team and take necessary action
To improve process with the mutual consent of client and CalibeHR
Responsible for maintaining and increasing the head count of client employees
Candidates from staffing industry with client servicing background will be preferred
