Job Description

We are looking for IT Recruiter for our company 'People Alliance Corporate Solutions'.
Location :- Delhi (Madangir, South of Delhi)
Role & Responsibilities

Solely responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of Sourcing, Screening and short listing of suitable profiles, Preliminary Interviews, Compensation stack-up.
Handling mainly IT - Service/Product hiring requirements (and some Non-IT requirements) at all levels
Sourcing of profiles from various, job sites including LinkedIn, head-hunting, lead generation, own data bank, Employee referrals etc.
Net sourcing through Telephonic interview of the candidates for gathering information on candidate's present compensation, communication skills and relocation information etc.
Scheduling the candidates and coordinating the Technical interviews
Follow up on all candidates related activities..
Posting advertisements in job sites.
Able to manage client communication and overall account directly (in next few months)

Experience and skills

1-5 years for experience.
Strong communication skills.
Very good experience of using MS office.
Good interpersonal skills.
