- To provide a high level of telephone based and electronic email support to customers and associated services
- Report and log all customers’ issues into the customer relation management database.
- To provide remote maintenance and reactive support
Preferred skills:
- Fresher (Preferably male candidates)
- Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal and written
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Team oriented/player, self motivated, have good email and telephone etiquettes
- Should be open to work in early morning shifts (24*7 environment)
- Basic networking (Fresher),computer troubleshooting
