Job Description
- Visit the claim sites, assessing and evaluating the
risk, carrying out detailed site surveys, collecting photographs as evidence,
making all reports and concluding the claim by sending final report to the
Insurer.
- Reverting to the claim related queries, doubts and the
problems of the clients on timely basis.
- Making Claim Reports, Registration of claim cases,
sending reports and reverting to claim queries in consultation with Manager.
- Liaison with Inspectors, clients, Insurance Brokers,
Underwriters etc.
- Reporting Manager on the MIS and the total targets
achieved and having responsibility and accountability of their targets.
