- Answer phones
- Route calls to specific people.

- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Send email and faxes.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Take and relay messages.
- Update appointment calendars.
- Admin related activities
- Managing Canteen software
- ID card printing & distribution
- This will be assignment based, for a period of one year
- Candidates from Hadapsar, Chandan nagar, Kharadi, Wagholi will be preferred.
