Job Description
- Position –Trainee Marketing Executives
- Desired Candidate Details - Fresher/ College Passed out, Presentable, Good Communicator
- Minimum Qualification –Graduate(Those appearing in 3rd year Graduate Exam shall also be considered.
- Duration oftraining – 6 months
- Industry - Retail
- Product –Dalmia BestPrice Membership.
- Remuneration for Graduate & for MBA - Rs. 12000 per month,
- Daily Allowance – Rs. 100 per day
- Mobile phone allowance – Rs. 250 per month
- Note : - The Trainees shall be absorbed in the regular grads in the company if their performance during the training is found acceptable by the company.
- Meeting monthly sales target of selling Dalmia BestPrice Membership Card.
- Explain the features of Dalmia BestPrice Mobile Application to customers.
- Collect market and customer information.
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales Report on the daily basis.
- Attending review meeting and present the weekly or monthly report.
