Job Description
Executive Trainee (Accounts) /1 Post (Training Period: 1 Yrs)
Qualification: Should be qualified Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants.
Candidates having exposure to computerized accounting system will be given preference.
Executive Trainee (Personnel) /1 Post (Training Period: 2 Yrs)
Qualification: MSW with Personnel Management or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management (Regular full time course only)
Stipend during training period : Rs.20,000/-per month in the first year and Rs.25000/- per month in the second year
Scale of pay & remuneration: On satisfactory completion of training the Executive trainees will be considered for appointment to the posts of Personnel Officer/ Accounts Officer as the case may be, on an initial basic pay of Rs. 25475/- per month in the scale of pay of Rs.25475- 56920 (Provisional) plus DA and other allowances. In such cases they will have to execute an agreement to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 year after completion of training.
Age as on 01-01-2012 :
Not above 28 years, relaxable in case of SCs/ STs/ OBCs etc. as per rules
