Minimum 1 year relevant experience in watershed rural development related Program Graduate in Agriculture /Horticulture/ Forestry/ B.V. sc Or Graduation with Botany/ Zoology as one of the subject with no experience OR Post Graduate in Rural Development/ rural management having 1 year experience in Soil / Conservation/ watershed

Qualification : Graduate in Agril Engineering/ Civil Engineering. Candidate with an additional qualification in post graduation in soil and water conservation engineering will be given preference. OR Graduate in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma Holder in Civil with minimum 01 year relevant Holder in Civil with minimum 01 year relevant experience in watershed/Rural development related programme in promoting farm, off farm and non farm based livelihoods interventions. Candidates with experience in similar external aided project will be given preference.

The climate of Keonjhar District is characterized by an oppressively hot summer with high humidity. Summer generally commences in the month of March. Temperature begins to rise rapidly attaining the maximum in the month of May. During the summer, maximum temperature touches around 380 C. The weather becomes more pleasant with the advent of the monsoon in June and remains as such up to the end of October.
