Export Assistant/ Documentation/Shipment Management Jobs in Mumbai - Hem Corporation Private Limited
Job Description
This role includes work includes preparation & management of all shipment related documents,co ordination with CHA
Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare order sheet and pass it on to the concerned executive for prices
Prepare pro-forma invoice
Take the approval for production from designated person on confirmation of order
Prepare the packing list and label format and mail it to the manufacturing unit
Co-ordinate with the factory on progress of order execution
Prepare final packing list, commercial invoice and get them approved from the senior executives
Co-ordinate with Clearing House Agents (CHA)
Candidate residing near to work location will be preferred.
