Job Description
- Operate the extruder machinery as per the instructions of the factory manager.
- Responsible for maintaining the efficiency of the equipment by continuously repairing and cleaning the equipment.
- Set up the dies, heating coils, press tools and other hand tools within the extrusion machinery and make certain the configuration matches the expected product specifications.
- Place the lightly heated billet from the furnace along the extrusion press bed, and make certain the product gets processed as per the production plans.
- Informed about all safety related problems and emergency situations to supervisor.
- Maintained a safe work environment and used proper safety devices as provided.
