Job Description
- DailyRounds is seeking a service-focused, motivated and friendly Facilities Assistant for our office based at JP Nagar, Bangalore.
- The Facilities Assistant will work closely with the Facilities Manager to support all Facilities activities and will be the first point of contact for internal support and information.
- The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and the Facilities organization, manage office functions including: Travel arrangements, Housekeeping maintenance, database management, daily office operations, coordination of budgeting/accounting Systems, maintaining office records, and providing general support services.
Responsibilities
- Support with external contacts as needed.
- Coordinate all types of Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
- Assist facilities staff in locating parts, supplies, materials that to be maintained on floor.
- Managing Electrical, WiFi, Water facilities including receiving work request, and assigning work orders.
- Providing the overall system administration.
- Monitoring space allocations and providing efficient space use.
- Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in a similar position.
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Technical Skills: MS Office & Mail.
- Full time role
- Need to have work flexibility
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team or individually as required.
- Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, related to vendor management, team work; and have a positive attitude towards work and learning.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 4,25,000 P.A.
