Job Description
National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur invites online applications from the eligible candidates for the engagement asTemporary Faculty (purely on consolidated salary) in the Depanment of Humanities & Social Sciences (Communication Skill- English) in the Institute.

Consolidated Salary: Rs.70,000/- per month
C. Qualification:
A. Humanities & Social Science Department:
UG Degree: B.A. or in relevant &pline.
PG Degree: M.A. or equivalent in relevant discipline.
Ph.D. Degree in relevant field or equivalent discipline and the preceding degree(s) {Preceding means (Bachelors In class in mentioned in the preceding degree/ candidates should have and secured at leæt 6.5 CGPA rnarks in aggregate.
D. Note:
1. In case first class in not in the preæding ±grees/ certificate/marks shets, then ttE candidates should have pased and secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-pints scale) or 60% marks in aggregate.
2. Conversion frorn CGPA to percentage or vice-versa given by individual institute I University will not be considered / allowed for determinaion of eligibility.
3. In cae the candidate has passed and secured CGPA under any other point scale (othff than 10 pint scale) then certificate issued by the authorized signatory (not the mentor/ Supervisor/ Head of the Department) of the Institute / University to the effect of having secured first CBs must be attached. Altemately, the CGPA may be equivalently on 10 pint sde for determination of eligibility.
