Job Description
1. Conduct market research to identify & analyze new trends, techniques, and scope of innovation to seek design inspiration
2. Create production sketches for development packages
3. Collaborate with the technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate & review products for style and fit during the presentation
4. Manage the process from developing the concept for the collection to execution to the final product
5. Work with different silhouettes & sustainable fabrics to ensure the final product is in sync with the brand's identity

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 13th Jul'21 and 17th Aug'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have a bachelor's degree in design or a college degree in fashion design or related fields (mandatory)
2. Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro and InDesign skills gets you brownie points)
3. Must efficiently do hand sketches as well as digitalize them for patterns/t-shirt prints and more
4. Must have a deep understanding of different aesthetics along with an excellent sense of color, fashion, design, and conceptual skills
5. Must know silhouettes, different fabrics, and trims
6. Knowledge of sustainable fabrics will get you brownie points
7. Must have a minimum of 1+ year industry experience with different kinds of fabrics like jersey, woven, and flat knit
8. Must have experience in different dyeing & printing techniques
9. Must be able to multitask as well as design both clothing & accessories
