Qualifications and Competencies :
1. Highly
proficient professionals (based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai),
below 35 years of age, with adept analytical skills and strong research and
academic rigor.
2. Minimum
masters degree in social sciences or allied areas from a reputed institution.
3.A minimum of 2-3 years of post Master’s/M.Phil/Ph.D. degree work experience with
academic institutions/ government agencies/ international organizations or
nongovernmental organizations
4. Possess
multi-sectoral understanding of development sector.
5. Candidates
with global exposure shall be given preference.
6. Demonstrated
ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and to establish harmonious
and effective working relationships with partner organizations.
7. Proficiency
in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, and Excel.
Remuneration : Commensurate with
experience and qualification and in keeping with development sector standards.
