Female Butler/Concierge/Estate Manager Jobs in Delhi - TIC Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a Butler
• Welcoming guests and taking care of their hospitality
• Managing and supervising the effective and timely performance of duty by the approx. 20 member household staff comprising of Chefs, Drivers, Guards, Maids, Baby sitters, Housekeeping staff, General multipurpose (all-rounder) domestic help, etc.
• Planning, organizing and coordinating regular household events and get together.
• All other general duties of a Butler as taught by the Hotel Management Institutes across the world – kindly mail us or search for general duties.
• As a Concierge
• Planning and making travel, leisure, health-related, etc bookings for the family and guests
• All other general duties of a Concierge as taught by the Hotel Management Institutes across the world – kindly mail us or search for general duties.
• As Estate Manager
• Security-related: -Issuing and blocking access for everybody entering the household, as per the security system installed – through a mobile app/computer.
• Acting as the first point of contact in case of emergency, if any.
• Ensuring the safety of all values in the household.
• Accounting related:-
• Replenish all household consumables and groceries and keep an account to be submitted    weekly
• Maintain the staff register and pay salaries monthly.
• Timely pay all utility bills, insurance bills, government taxes etc.
• Management related:-
• Ensuring Household maintenance
• Ensuring AMC contractors are fulfilling their deliverables in a timely fashion and hire/replace new AMC contractors for general maintenance.
• Ensure staff discipline
• Hiring permanent or temporary manpower on a need basis.

• Desired Candidates Profile / Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Hotel Management Professional / Butler Institutes / Air Hostess Academy
• Experience: 3Yrs +
• Language Spoken: Hindi, English and Russian will be an added advantage
• Gender: Female
• Age: Preferably 22-25 Yrs
• Looks: 9.5+ and Height: Minimum 170+cms
• Marital Status: ANY as long as spouse/ children do not hamper the contract period and the duties to be performed.
• Job Location and working Hours: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, India
• House Size: 20,000 SQ. FT.
• Family Size: 3 Members (1 COUPLE and 1Toddler)
• Working Hours: Flexible, need to be based, to be decided by the candidate herself
• Number of working hours in a month: 200Hrs approximately
• Employment start date: 01.10.2019 (Tentative)
• Notice Period: 3Months or, earlier if the candidate / the agency provide a suitable replacement.
• Increment: Yearly and as per Industry Standard
• Leaves:52 days (Earned /Sick/Casual/Bereavement leaves) in year
• Contract period   : 9Yrs
