Manpower Planning and Recruitment Process as per company needs. Handled recruitment in bulk walk-ins. Also familiar with job portals for candidate recruitment.
Overtime making.
Experience in recruitments of White Collar, Blue Collar and Pink Collar employees.
Have experience to handle large people team.
Induction of new Employee.
Joining and exit formality of employees.
Plan Training and development program for Employees as per needs.
Contract Management.
Employee joining and exit formalities (Full and Final Process).
Payroll&Statutory.
Maintaining All HR Records. (i.e. Personal File of employees, All registers, Leave Registers, Attendance Record, Punching Reports, etc)
Maintained the record of Late Comings, Early Departure, Short Leaves, Absenteeism, Holidays, Leaves(SL/ CL/ PL), Follow up the Leave-Application and their formal approval, etc. and Maintained the computerized leave record in Excel sheet, leave ledger and muster roll registers.
