• Work & achieves  is hiring for 'Collections Executive' for its Own on roll unit.

• The underlying principles for the business are to provide comprehensive services based on clinical requirements, to involve treating clinician for delivery of services and to have dedicated in-house quality front end staff.
  
• The role holder will be responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivables from the existing customers and all other aspects of collections,
  

• Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
  
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
  
• Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
  
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
  
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
  
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
  
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
  
• Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
  

• Minimum Qualifications -Graduation / PG / PG Diploma in Management
  
• Experience :0-1.5 years of collections experience including interaction with a large customer base
• Language Skills : English , Kannada & Hindi
