- Job Title: Urgent Opening for Field Executive
- CARE India, one of the country’s largest development organizations is looking for enthusiastic young individuals to help CARE-India raise funds to expand and upscale the women empowerment work across the nation.
- The focus of the position will be to achieve the defined Unit fundraising goals & targets.
- We are looking for Field Sales Executive
- Position:Face to Face executive
- Reports to:Team Leader-Face to Face /City Head
- Location:Pune
- Job Summary
- Inspire new supporters to raise donation for women empowerment.
- Ask to increase amount during maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters
- Organizing outdoor events and road trips for donation collections to acquire a donor
- Support in new and imaginative acquisition activities, many of them involve organizing activity with the help of existing supporters
- Will be responsible to get references from new donors
- Raising awareness of the charity and its work
- Coordination with donors for web-based fundraising
- Will work to maintain and to increase donation Average Donation Size (ADS)
- Will be responsible to maintain the good relation with donors
- Coordinate with MIS person to manage and update databases to get correct incentive
- Should reach on time at donor’s address, if lead comes from Tele Calling to do Tele-facing
- Will not be involved in any kind of Malpractice
- Will complete their assign target on time
- Will report to assign manager/leader
- Responsible for working on donor acquisition and retentions as per target given by team leader.
- To abide the organization’s norms and policies
- Age Criteria:20-40 Years
- Targets:Will be given at the time of joining.
- Qualification & Experience:Graduate/ MBA Preferred
- EXP: 0- 1 year of experience in relevant field/sales & Marketing /Direct Sales
- Working condition:Field
- Self-driven and highly performance oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Skills in making effective face to face presentations to individual donors
- Ability to persuade, network and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Understand the vision, mission and goals of the organization.
- Cross-cultural understanding
- Basic knowledge of computer would be desirable
- Good time-management and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
