Position Title:Field Installation Engineer
Reports To:Team Leader
Department: IITS
Function:I & FR

Role Purpose:

To Complete end to end Installation at customer site
Role Dimensions
Fresh Installation count of 75-100 per defined Territory
Should be familiar with the defined territory
Qualification:Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Receipt of Work order received to FE.
Fix Appointment with customer for Installation Visit.
Pickup material from store.
Visit to customer site.
Recommend and finalize the connectivity place at customer end.
Wiring form MUX’s to customer end.
Connectivity with cable through splicing machine or use crimping tools
Power check through power meter.
Router installation & configuration.
Confirm connectivity and service with customer.
Fill up IR report with all material used.
Customer sign on IR form and inform to backend team
Handover the IR form to backend team twice a week
Key Performance Indicators
Productivity of minimum 5 Installation in a single day
100% Attendance
New Installation complaints Less than 1% of Installed cases
Salary Band:CTC Band Rs 15,000Rs 19,000 (Fixed at 80% & Variable at 20%)
