National AIDS Research Institute (NARI) invites application for the position Field Manager
Project: "Study of Network Dynamics among people who inject drugs (PWID) in HIV transmission and access to services in India: a multi-centric study"
No of Post: 01
Essential Qualification: 1st Class Masters Degree in Anthropology Social Sciences/ Population Sciences + PhD with 8 years experience OR 2nd Class Masters Degree in Public Health + PhD with 8 Years experience
Desirable Qualification: Experience research methods Experience qualitative in qualitative and mixed research. in handling research data, and analysis. Experience of working with Key Population. Competency in preparing study reports on computer. Good organizational skills.
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 60,960/-
Job Responsibility:
a. Field manager will coordinate community activities and report to Pl and consultant.
b. He/ she would be responsible for correct recruitment of hidden PWID.
c. He/ she would form new innovative structures in the community for community engagement. Work would entail development of IEC material in a community consultative manner.
d. Establishment of Good participatory Practices at sites and development of Community Advisory Boards (CAB) and take community along through CAB meetin s.
