Job Title: Field Managers (South India)

Location: Delhi

Job Responsibility:

(1) Headquartered at Delhi, the candidates will be working in all the South Indian states

(2) For socio-economic surveys projects in the South Indian states

• Recruitment of surveyorsin the project states

• Training & supervision of surveyors, etc. in the project states

• Ensuring quality & quantity targets for the surveys

(3) For research projects / pilot surveys / field testing, etc.

• Collection of secondary information & other related field work

(4) To build long term relationships with clients & associated experts in South India

(5) Any other official tasks allotted from time-to-time

Eligibility:

• PG in any discipline, Management / Professional Courses preferred

• Age Group: 30-40 years (as on 1-1-2017)

• Willingness to travel extensively in all the South Indian states, upto village level

• May be required to stay and supervise a particular project state for 2-3 months

• Computer savvy with excellent command over English

Remuneration: According to the competence level, as adjudged by the Selection Committee

Competence Level-2 : Rs. 50,000/- p.m. plus TA/DA

Competence Level-3 : Rs. 75,000/- p.m. plus TA/DA

Appointment: Initially contractual, but deserving candidates will be absorbed in the permanent cadre of the company
