- Reaching out to educational institutions, schools for marketing and enrollment to our product
- Develop competitive sales strategies for deeper market penetration.
- Organizing sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Send daily status reports
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Should have a good grasp of the management concepts, frameworks and tools for the various functional areas of management and should be able to use this knowledge to relate to the customer requirements.
- The work will be concentrated in Chennai but soon the candidate will also be required to travel to other cities for expansion so candidate should be flexible to travel.
- The candidate who has minimum graduate is accepted but MBA would be preferred for this role.
- Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent (spoken and written) communication skills
- Confident presentation skills
- Perseverance, Patience and Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness
- Familiarity or training in statistics or a willingness to learn
